Ordinance amending of the Miners Health Protection Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance introduces some substantial amendments to the Miners’ Health Protection Ordinance of 31 July 1991. In particular, the Ordinance amends article 1 on Spatial and factual application; Part 2 concerning health aptitude tests and occupational health care; Part 3, sub-Part 1 on General provisions for activities with hazardous substances; Part 4 on Final provisions, in particular penalties and transitional provisions. Four Annexes are also amended.
