[摘要] This Decree-Law establishes controls to be carried out on industrial pollution. It consists of 6 articles concerning preventive measures to be applied by Federal Power in order to protect natural environment. It establishes the competent authority entitled to carry out controls on such industries and issues the relative authorization.
