[摘要] This Decree-Law, consisting of 10 articles and 2 Annexes, establishes the use concession to Angola LNG Ltd of specific maritime public areas. It deals with the effective implementation of the conversion project from natural gas into liquid natural gas. It allows Angola LNG Ltd, the right of use the maritime ares described in Annex I.
