Gas Resources Peservation Act (RSA 2000, c. G-4).

[摘要] The present Act provides for the preservation of gas resources. For this purpose the granting of permits by the Energy Resources Conservation Board shall be limited. In particular, section 5 lays down provisions relating to terms and conditions of permit.
