Ministerial Decree No. 992 validating the Regulation on licensing of operation of hazardous chemical sites.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of licensing of operation of hazardous chemical sites. The following activities shall be subject to compulsory licensing: (a) extraction of toxic, highly toxic and hazardous substances; (b) works related to extraction of toxic, highly toxic and hazardous substances; (c) management, storage,transportation, destruction, disposal, processing and recycling of toxic, highly toxic and hazardous substances.
