Law No. 17/VIII/2012 establishing the legal and fiscal regime of the Ecological Tax.

[摘要] This Law, consisting of 22 articles and 2 Tables, establishes the legal and fiscal regime of the Ecological Tax. It re-defines the above mentioned tax regime for any authorized products (specified in the Tables) including declaration, eligibility and offences and penalties to be paid for illegal activities.
