[摘要] This Law, divided in 3 Sections, creates the Council for Policy of Energy (CEPE). This Council under the State Secretariat of Planning and Economic Development (SEPLANDE), is responsible for the following: proposing, designing and implementing integrated regional energetic policies; assessment of efficient development policies on different sources of energy within the State of Alagoas.
