Decree No. 201 of the National Commission of State Regulation of Energy Sector and Housing and Utilities Sector validating licensing conditions for conducting business activities in the natural gas market.

[摘要] This Decree establishes licensing terms and conditions for business entities operating in the sphere of transport, storage, distribution and supply of natural gas. The aforesaid licensing terms and conditions shall be mandatory for all operators irrespectively of organizational and legal form, and type of ownership thereof. This Decree lists documentation to be submitted to the licensing authority for issuance of license. Annexes contain application forms.
