[摘要] This Law amends the Environmental Licensing System of the State of Rondônia. Amendments deal with provisions established from Annexes I to XXXV of Law No. 3.686 of 8 December 2015. Some of the amendments define the amounts corresponding to the Environmental Licensing fees set out in from Annexes II to XXXIX, expressed in Fiscal Standard Unit of the State of Rondônia - UPF-RO, representing the spent or estimated costs of the service being provided by the Environmental Authority to the contributor
