Sulphide Bearing Material Disposal Regulations (N.S. Reg. 57/95).

[摘要] The present Regulations enact the Environment Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to the disposal of material containing sulphide. Section 4 establishes that no person shall dispose of a sulphide bearing material in the Province where the total volume excavated is greater than 500 m3 in situ or 1300 tonnes unless the person responsible for the disposal holds a valid approval issued under the present Regulations.
