Nuclear Energy Act ( R.S. 1985, c. A-16 ).

[摘要] The present Act lays down provisions concerning the use of nuclear energy. Section 10 establishes that the Minister may order research and investigation with respect to nuclear energy; and, with the approval of the Governor in Council, he may use nuclear energy, buy nuclear substances and any mines of nuclear substances, or patents rights relating to nuclear energy. Section 14 specifies compensation payments for expropriations made under this Act. The text consists of 19 sections.
