[摘要] The present Regulations are made under the Arctic Waters Pollution Prevention Act. In particular, the Regulations authorize Dome Petroleum Limited to deposit oil in any location in arctic waters within a 100 metre radius of a certain location. However, Dome exceeds shall remedy any damage to property or the environment resulting from any excess deposit of oil made. The text consists of 4 sections.
