Act (2010:950) on liability and compensation for radiological accidents.

[摘要] This Act concerns liability for damages caused by accidents involving radiactive substances and the duty to contract insurance for such liability. The Act implements for Sweden provisions of the Convention on Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage and the Convention on Third Party Liability in the Field of Nuclear Energy and relative Protocols and amendments.
