Regional Law No. 2145-OD amending Regional Law No. 880-OD “On state support of leasing in agro-industry, fisheries and environmental security”.

[摘要] Article 11 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Non-purposeful use of budgetary finances allocated to leasing company, shall entail administrative proceedings against recipient of budgetary funds in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation”.
