[摘要] This Regional Legislative Decree, consisting of 9 Chapters and 3 Annexes, regulates the use of Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) and their derivatives. It prohibits, in particular to: use GMOs deliberately in the natural environment for any purpose, with the exception of putting them on the market.
