[摘要] The present Ordinance implements the Population Protection Act of 26 April 2007. In particular, the the present Ordinance regulates the: a) management structure in the field of population protection; b) rescue and emergency services; c) economi supply of the country. The text consists of 23 articles divided into 5 chapters as follows: General provisions (I); Management structures (II); Rescue and emergency services (III); Ecomic supply of the country (IV); Transitional and final provisions (V).
