Memorandum Of Understanding Between FDA and the EPA.

[摘要] This Memorandum Of Understanding Between Forestry Development Authority and the Environmental Protection Agency concerns management of forest lands in accordance with the Environmental Protection and Management Law. This requirement is stated in the national Forestry Reform Law of 2006. The FDA shall prepare forestry management guidelines and a code of harvesting practices and the EPA shall be responsible for outlining environmentally sound practices.
