Regional Act No. 45 concerning energy sources.

[摘要] The Regional Act aims at promoting, on the one hand, the rational use of energy and, on the other hand, the use of renewable sources of energy. These objectives shall be pursued thorugh the implementation of the Regional Plan on Energy, to be approved by the regional authority in accordance with the procedure defined under article 4. Article 3 provides for the establishment of the Regional Energy Committee.
