Environment Protection Act (No. 9 of 2011).

[摘要] The Act applies to land territory and land-based marine pollution. The purpose of this Act is to protect the environment by setting rules to prevent and plan activities in the prevention of air, water, ice, rock and soil, and noise pollution - as well as promoting the recycling of waste disposal. Wherever possible, best possible anti-pollution measures should be applied, i.e. use of less polluting raw materials, processes and systems etc.
