Ministerial Decree No. 296 validating the Regulation on the Uzbek Agency of Motor and Fluvial Transport.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes the Uzbek Agency of Motor and Fluvial Transport to ensure that the operation of motor and fluvial conveyances comply with environmental standards and requirements. The Agency shall be responsible for the classification, certification and registration of vessels, the issuance of navigation certificates and authorizations, and the issuance of certificates for the prevention of oil pollution and effluent wastewater discharge.
