[摘要] These Regulations amend the European Communities (Birds and Natural Habitats) Regulations 2011 in regulation 42 by the insertion of a new paragraph on screening or appropriate assessment by the Commission for Energy Regulation in respect of certain applications related to a designated petroleum activity.
