[摘要] The present Law implements the Cantonal Environment Protection Law of 7 May 1989. In particular, article 1 establishes that the Cantonal Environmental Protection Agency assesses reports relating to projects being reviewed by a cantonal or municipal authority. The text consists of 8 articles.
