Decree No. 42 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the Regulation on inventory of emissions of pollutants to the atmospheric air.

[摘要] This Decree establishes that inventory of emissions of pollutants to the atmospheric air shall be elaborated, coordinated by different bodies of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection and shall be valid for the period of 5 years and shall be subsequently revised. It sets forth general requirements for composition, contents, data and information contained in inventory report on emissions of pollutants to the atmospheric air.
