[摘要] Item 36 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Environmental charges for management of natural resources, environmental pollution, internal trade of hazardous commodities and packages shall be calculated and paid with revenues to the account established by the territorial bodies of State Revenues Service for the previous quarter by 20 January of the following year”.
