Order No. 107 on grants to municipal nitrogen and phosphorus wetland projects.

[摘要] This Order sets regulations regarding the grant of subsidies for municipal wetland projects. The provisions in this document are regulated by the Danish AgriFish Agency, which will authorize grants (up to 100% of the costs) for funding of studies on wetlands (and construction thereof) for nitrogen and phosphorus removal projects. Article 7 of this Order underlines the priorities necessary when granting for costs of studies to projects which meet the criteria stated in articles 3-4 of Order No. 8
