[摘要] This Decree validates the Regulation on the modalities of elaboration of technological rates of emissions to the atmospheric air with a view of assessment of sources of impact on the atmospheric air based upon best available technical methods, technologies and practice elaborated for sectors of the national industry (Annex 1), list of emission sources (Annex 2) and technical terms of reference (Annex 3).
