Regional Act No. 7 laying down transitional provisions on the cultivation and use of genetically modified organisms in agriculture.

[摘要] This Act sets out provisions on the use of genetically modified organisms for agricultural measures. In particular, they prohibit such use with a view to ensuring the protection of the environment and human health. These provisions are to be applied until the regional legislative framework in this matter is adopted. In case of infringement, the penalties laid down in article 3 shall be applied.
