Regional Law No. 395-z “On sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population”.

[摘要] This Regional Law shall ensure sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population as one of the basic conditions for ensuring constitutional rights of citizens to safe and healthy environment. Regional executive bodies shall perform the following plenary powers: (a) environmental protection arrangements; (b) prevention and reduction of emissions to the atmospheric air; (c) performance of sanitary and epidemiological supervision; and (d) monitoring of food quality and safety of foodstuffs,
