[摘要] The Minister, for the purpose of improvement of functioning of the system of state ecological expertise and co-ordination of the activity of expert units of territorial branches of the Ministry, orders to set up Co-ordinating council and to validate the Regulation on it. Co-ordinating council is set up for the purpose of securing cooperation between expert units of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources as regards organization and realisation of state ecological expertise
