Environment Fund Act.

[摘要] The present Act lays down provisions relating to the promotion of the protection of the environment. In particular, article 1 rules that an Environment Protection Fund is established. The Fund has the task - by granting financial means - to protect the environment against air pollution, noise pollution and hazardous waste. The text consits of 16 articles.
