Decree No. 25 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the Regulation on ecological certificate of industrial enterprises.

[摘要] This Decree establishes the modalities of administering of ecological certificate of industrial enterprises. It shall be mandatory for legal persons and individual enterprises managing edifices, constructions and other sites. Ecological certificate shall be drafted in compliance with acting technical rules and regulations.
