[摘要] This Law establishes the Agency for Railway Safety in order to ensure: impartial, open and non-discriminatory regulation of railway related activities; the correct management and supervision of the railway safety systems; the establishment and monitoring of security systems for managing the infrastructure; full respect of the environment by implementing and monitoring over the implementation of prescribed provisions.
