Quality of Bathing Water Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008 (S.R. No. 231 of 2008).

[摘要] These Regulations make provision for the purpose of implementing in Northern Ireland Community legislation concerning the management of bathing water quality. They make provision in relation to identifying bathing waters, establishing a profile for each water and establishing a suitable monitoring programme. In addition, they require the Department of the Environment to secure compliance with EC legislation on bathing water, including in relation to public participation.
