[摘要] The present Regulations enact the Electricity Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to standards concerning renewable energy. At the outset the Regulations contain a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed, such as, for example, “independent power producer”, “renewable energy generator”, “renewable energy generation facility”, “renewable energy standard”, “renewable low impact electricity”.
