[摘要] This Act, consisting of 251 sections divided into 22 Parts and completed by two Schedules, implements the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships 1973 (MARPOL) and provides for the protection of the marine and coastal environment from pollution by oil and other pollutants.
