[摘要] This Decree of the Ministry of the Environment, which is composed of six articles and eight Annexes, establishes: the index of substances and preparations dangerous for the environment of the Antarctic (art. 2); properties of activities planned to be carried out in the Antarctic (art. 3); properties of documentation and results of the initial impact assessment (art. 4); properties of documentation, report and results of the general impact assessment (art. 5).
