Occupational Health and Safety Act (RSA 2000, c. O-2).

[摘要] The purpose of the present Act is the protection of the health and safety of workers in Alberta. The Act: 1) assigns responsibilities; 2) establishes minimum standards; 3) allows for enforcement, and 4) sets penalties for non-compliance. Section 7 sets up the Occupational Health and Safety Council.
