[摘要] This Act makes provision with respect to planning and control of development in Norfolk Islands. The Act shall promote the conservation of the natural environment, landscape beauty and cultural heritage of Norfolk Island. The Act requires a Norfolk Island plan to be adopted by the Legislative Assembly.
