[摘要] These Regulations amend the Infrastructure Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2009 in relation with, among other things: prohibition on granting consent by a relevant authority without consideration of environmental information; procedure for establishing whether environmental impact assessment is required; (exemption from) the requirement to make an updated environmental statement; a request to the Secretary of State to exercise the power of direction; and offences.
