[摘要] This Regional Decree establishes that state nature biological reserve “Soyanovsky” shall be classified as wetlands protected area constituted with a view of conservation of the Soyana lake and river system, reproduction and replacement of wild fauna and wild flora species, including rare and endangered species, fishes, natural habitats thereof, protection of habitats and maintaining general ecological balance.
