[摘要] Article 3 shall be supplemented with item 6 with the following wording: “6. Particulars, envisaged by this Law, except for rates of excise taxes, shall not be applicable to manufacturing and trade of biofuel, that shall be regulated by Law No. 351-IV ZRK “On state regulation of manufacturing and trade of biofuel.”
