Order No. 348-p of the Minister of Environmental Protection validating the Regulation on inventory of emissions of greenhouse gases and ozone depleting substances.

[摘要] This Order establishes the modalities of inventory of emissions of greenhouse gases and ozone depleting substances. The principal objectives of inventory shall be as follows: (a) obtaining basic data for assessment of the degree of impact of emissions on atmospheric air and establishment of maximum allowable limits of emissions; (b) determination of quantitative and qualitative characteristics of emissions; (c) state registration; and (d) environmental planning.
