Governmental Decree No. 994 validating the Regulation on the Ministry of Energy.

[摘要] This Governmental Decree establishes that the Ministry of Energy shall be responsible for the development of fuel and energy complex with a view of ensuring national energy security. The Ministry shall perform the following tasks: (a) implementation of state policy in energy sector; (b) fulfilment of arrangements for reproduction of hydrocarbons and thus ensuring sustainable development of the society; and (c) dissemination of information and education in the sphere of environmental protection.
