[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of issuance of authorization for work with ozone depleting substances. Natural and legal persons shall submit to the issuing authority the following documentation: (a) application in accordance with the form contained in the Annex 1; (b) copy of registration as legal person or individual entrepreneur; and (c) data contained in the Annex 2.
