Environmental Public Health Offences Rules on Environmental Public Health Act (Chapter 95 Section 104(3)) Revised Edition 2004.

[摘要] These Rules, consisting of 2 Sections, specify that offences and penalties for illegal activities should be compounded by the Director-General, in accordance with section 104(1) of the Environmental Public Health Act. In addition, these Rules specify certain unauthorised and prohibited activities performed within the National territory and related Sections of the above mentioned Act.
