Pollution of Waters by Oil and Noxious Substances Regulations 2007.

[摘要] These Regulations set the rules providing for the protection of State waters from pollution by oil and other substances and the implementation of certain parts of the Marpol Convention. It sets provisions to prevent various forms of marine pollution from shpis and for the application of Convention for prevention of pollution from ships.
