Act amending the Act on use of genetic technologies and genetically modified organisms and amending the Act on Environmental Impact Assessment.

[摘要] This Act is composed of two Sections. Sec. 1 lays down some amendments and addenda to the Act on use of genetic technologies and genetically modified organisms. In particular, the present Act amends provisions concerning genetic methods and genetic techniques, specified in art. 3 of the amended Act, and manners of the use of genetic technologies and genetically modified organisms, defined in art. 7. Sec. 2 provides some amendments to the Act on Environmental Impact Assessment.
