[摘要] This Decree lays down rules for the prevention of marine pollution by ships. It implements in the Netherlands Antilles provisions of the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships, 1973 ((MARPOL), as modified by the Protocol of 1978 relating thereto and Protocols and Annexes.
