[摘要] This Order prescribe the particulars relating to applications and licences to be included in the registers required to be kept by the Scottish Ministers for purposes of section 101 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 and section 54 of the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010. It also provides that the registers under the 2009 and 2010 Acts to be maintained as a single register.
