Act on environmental assessment of plans and programs (No. 1533 of 2015).

[摘要] This Act aims to ensure environmental protection through planning and environmental programmes for the improvement of biodiversity, human health, fauna, flora, soil, water, air, climatic factors, landscape, architectural and archaeological cultural heritage. When an authority provides the said plans and programs, or amends them, there should be an environmental impact assessment on possible significant effects. Implementation of such activities shall be authorized by the Ministry of Environment
